SALON POLICY
Appointments
Excellent Hair Company is not a walk-in salon, we book by appointment only, however that’s not to say that you will never get a same day appointment, but we strongly encourage you to book online or with your stylist at the time of your next appointment.
Payments
For your convenience we accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX payments with proper identification.
Cancellation/Late/No Show Policy
As a courtesy to our stylist we request a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. Time is a very precious commodity and a late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service. In the event that you are running more than 15 minutes behind please contact us immediately otherwise your appointment will be cancelled. Repeated No Shows & Late Arrivals will result in a $25 late/cancellation fee.
Deposits
Deposits will be required for extensive salon services and will be applied to the grand total. The deposit will be 25% of the total cost of the service.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated but not expected. Our stylist appreciates you thanking them for their service they provided.
Children
Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons an insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities or space to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to
compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Correction Policy
We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are dissatisfied with any service in the salon, please let us know immediately or within 3 days of your original service. We will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations because our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
Cell Phone (Salon Etiquette)
For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off or set on vibrate while in the salon. We strive to create a relaxing environment for our guest, in the event that you need to take a call please maintain a quiet level of conversation, so you will not disturb other guests.
Gift Certificate
Gift certificates are available for any products, service or dollar amount unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. EXCELLENT HAIR COMPANY is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates must be present at the time of redemption/payment. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
